I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Krakow. the location was superb, right by the Vistula River and just a five-minute walk from Wawel Castle. I truly appreciated the really good service from the staff, who were always willing to help. my only slight disappointment was the quality of some room service offerings, which could be improved.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Krakow for a three-night break and overall, I found it to be a great choice. The location along the Vistula River is lovely, right across from Wawel Castle. While the room was spacious and comfortable, I did experience some hiccups with staff service that didn't meet my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with nice dining experiences and beautiful views. 🌟
