“Sheraton Grand Krakow places guests at the foot of Wawel Castle, though some may find that Bonvoy Gold status doesn't guarantee preferential treatment. I think the rooftop terrace bar, offering panoramic views, is a standout feature, as is the wellness center. Despite some dated furnishings, the location and dining options make it a solid choice.”

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location!

The breakfast offered many fresh, high-quality options, from pastries to eggs and coffee. I greatly appreciated the pool and jacuzzi. They were very clean. The large, comfortable room.
The service at the rooftop bar was slow. The staff seemed busy chatting. I had to wait a long time for glasses.
