decent stay but with shortcomings
fresh pastry gourmet coffee bad soundproofing cheap bathroom
the hotel breakfast had many choices. it includes fresh pastries with eggs that are cooked perfectly. i did find gourmet coffee too.
the rooms need to have refurbish. the bathroom look like from a two-star hotel. the sounds protection is bad and i hear my neighbors.

Wonderful Stay in Great Hotel
warm welcome attractive plan super clean hotel comfortable beds
The reception staff gave a very warm welcome. The hotel has a large, attractive open plan. The hotel is modern and super clean. The room included made-up beds with fresh towels during the evening. I was upgraded to receive free drinks and snacks in the comfort lounge (open 5 to 8 pm).

The hotel is near the lake and the fort (wawel castle). It is well placed for pickups and access to christmas markets. I found all attractions close to the hotel.

the rooftop bar rocked, and the team, paweł, julia, katrina, and karol, really made it special. the drinks tasted great, and the service was top notch. they. i will be back to rooftop!
the rooms maybe needing an update, it is true, but it certainly didn't ruin my stay or anything.

i enjoyed the renewed swimming pool and jacuzzi which is open from 7 to 10 p.m. there is an excellent pool area with a sauna. parking is available, and the hotel includes umbrellas .

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location!
prime location fresh options clean jacuzzi comfortable room
The location is ideal. I found it easy to walk to Wawel Castle and the main plazas. ATMs and convenience stores are also nearby. The breakfast offered many fresh, high-quality options, from pastries to eggs and coffee. I greatly appreciated the pool and jacuzzi. They were very clean. The large, comfortable room.
The service at the rooftop bar was slow. The staff seemed busy chatting. I had to wait a long time for glasses.
